Wheelchair users and holders of an EU standardized model of parking card for the disabled

In the Sportpaleis and the Lotto Arena, we reserve a few spots for wheelchair users and their companions. These customers are also entitled to reserved parking spots available up till 30 minutes before the start of an event. These spots are located on our private parking Vaart (5 EUR). Please follow the directions mentioned above.

We would like to inform you that strict control is maintained on these reserved spots. So please keep your EU parking card, ID and entrance ticket ready to show to our parking attendants.

Not a holder of an EU parking card? But you do need a special parking spot close to the entrance because of reduced mobility? Then please keep in mind that you will need to inform our parking attendants at the entrance of the parking area, preferably with a doctor’s or other medical certificate as proof. Or you can also contact us in advance by sending an email to info@sportpaleis.be. We will try to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Extra information about parking in the vicinity of the Sportpaleis

At each of the car parks you’ll need to pay an entrance fee of 5 euros.

Please note: the neighbourhood of the Sportpaleis and the Lotto Arena is marked as a blue zone with time-restricted parking during events! The parking spots located in the nearby residential areas are primarily reserved for the residents. Visitors may park there but have to set and put their parking disc on display behind the front windshield. They may park there for limited time. Please note that use of a parking disc is mandatory, except for residents, from Monday to Friday (6 p.m. – 12 a.m.) and from Saturday to Sunday (9 a.m. – 12 a.m.). Respect our neighbours

We kindly request you to respect the sleep of our neighbours and to not litter the streets or parking areas when leaving the Sportpaleis or Lotto Arena and returning to your car. That way a visit to the Sportpaleis or Lotto Arena will not be a party to one and a source of annoyance for another. The Sportpaleis and our many neighbours would like to thank for your understanding and cooperation.
