For all events - with the exception of night events and sports events - at the Sportpaleis, you can now use the Event Shuttle by Keolis.
With the Event Shuttle you don't have to worry about traffic jams or finding parking. Board the Event Shuttle and enjoy a carefree round trip, surrounded by like-minded fans who share the same passion for your favorite artist. The bus picks you up, takes you to your event and brings you back safely afterwards. That way you can enjoy your favorite event in comfort.
24 pick-up locations
Get on the bus at one of the 24 pick-up locations across Belgium. From there, the Event Shuttle will take you to a car park near the Sportpaleis. After the event, the bus will be waiting for you there and will bring you back safely.

The price of your ticket and the time of departure depend on the pick-up location. All this information can be found on the page of your favorite event on the website of Event Shuttle by Keolis.
A ticket is always for a return trip. It is not possible to travel back to a different location than where you boarded.
An Event Shuttle ticket does not grant you entrance to the Sportpaleis. You need to have a valid ticket to gain access to the Sportpaleis.
Buying tickets for the Event Shuttle
As soon as an event at the Sportpaleis goes on sale, you can immediately reserve your spot on the bus via the website of Event Shuttle by Keolis. Reservations can be made up to 2 days before the event, provided there are still seats available. Places are limited, so book early!

Are you coming with your own bus or coach to a show at the Sportpaleis?
Or are you organizing bus transportation to the Sportpaleis?
Then you need to register bus transportation in advance.
After registration, you will receive a parking pass that entitles you to a free parking space for your bus.
Attention! If you did not not register your bus transportation in advance, you are not entitled to one of the reserved parking spaces.
