General

All venues of be•at are equipped for the reception of persons with specific needs. We strive to welcome you as best we can and to let you enjoy an event in the best conditions.

Do you need extra assistance or are you a wheelchair user?
Please come to the venue at least 40 minutes before the start of the event. That way we can help you the best way possible.

Our volunteers will be happy to guide you to your place in the venue.

Buying tickets

Book your places by phone or contact us via the contact form. That way we can make the right booking for you.

Deaf and hard of hearing persons

Deaf and hard of hearing persons may bring the interpreter of their choice. They may also request that the event organizer provide an interpreter. If so, we will review together whether this request is reasonable.

Blind and visually impaired persons

Would you like to attend an event with a guide dog for the blind?

Wheelchair users

In the Sportpaleis there are reserved places for wheelchair users and the person accompanying them. These places are limited in number, so don’t hesitate to book your place right away.
There is room for a maximum of two companions per wheelchair user. We will be happy to check whether exceptions are possible to place families together, for example. Please do keep in mind that this is not always possible.

Attention! For safety reasons it is not possible to provide places for wheelchair users on the center square.

Parking for holders of an EU parking card for people with disabilities

Wheelchair users in possession of an EU parking card for people with disabilities are advvised to use the Park & Rides. Between the Sportpaleis and the Lotto Arena, an elevator provides access to the first underground level. There, two elevators will take you to the tram platforms for lines 2, 3, and 6.

We are available every weekday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
